Batch Weigher and Bag filler
This is our new batch weigher. It is designed to weigh any free flowing product such as dried beans,peanuts,pecans,walnuts,coffee,or coffee beans, snack foods ,and many more. The batch weigher has two modes ,mass mode fills the scale flip bucket rapidly until the scale reaches a pre set set point. Then it switches to dribble mode to bring the scale to the desired finished weight and cuts off. The pre made bag is placed over the flip bucket's spout and flipped forward to fill the bag. A foot switch is provided to restart the filling cycle again. Your product is conveyed into the bucket with a syn tron magnetic vibrator. Speed controls are mounted under the scale control panel to adjust the two mass and dribble speeds. Set Points in the controller are fully adjustable to provide weights up to 25 pounds. At present the video shows the weigher weighing 4 lbs.
