FAQ

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by clicking  the above link. However, final shipping costs will not be displayed on the Invoice when not using fedx or ups. Machinery is too large to ship via these carriers. You must click on the link above and get a rate quote from our commercial carrier. After entering your zip codes enter  60% for your customer discount. Enter the weight and class ,85 in most cases. Then click -SUBMIT FORM

NOTE: You will pay the driver for the freight company when your machine arrives. All machinery is shipped FREIGHT COLLECT .
